This DNV-approved inverter ODS-1500 is a robust DC/AC inverter designed specifically for industrial and marine environments. This single-phase sinusoidal inverter delivers up to 1500W of active power. It operates at an input voltage of between 16,8-30Vdc and an output voltage of 230VAC, ideal for a wide range of marine applications. The output voltage can be conveniently monitored and adjusted, along with other parameters, via RS232 through an application available with all models.
Enhanced with a tropicalized circuit for improved robustness, this model is built to withstand the demanding conditions of marine environments. It is designed for chassis mounting and a rackmount kit is available as well. An internal fan ensures efficient cooling, leading to an impressive efficiency of up to 91%.
The ODS-1500 is equipped with advanced protection features, including maximum average power protection and maximum output peak current protection. These safeguards protect the unit, even in the event of an output short-circuit.
