Return Shipping
For your convenience, we offer prepaid Fedex Ground return waybills at time of rental (add $19.99). Simply peel off the label, attach it to the same box the rental was delivered in, and schedule a Fedex Ground pick up or drop off at nearest depot.
You can also return in person, or courier of your choice to 215 4th Street NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 3S1. Ensure the package can be tracked, request signature confirmation and adequately insure for loss / damage.
The renter is solely responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs to location in Calgary, Alberta.
Your last rental day is the day it is postmarked back. You do not pay for the time in transit.
